Dr. Prateek C Patil is a renowned orthopedic and sports medicine specialist based in Bangalore. With qualifications including MBBS, MS, DNB Orthopedics, FNB Sports Medicine, and a prestigious Fellowship in Shoulder Surgery from France, he has treated hundreds of patients ranging from professional athletes to working professionals.

After completing his early education from Karnataka Institute of Medical sciences, Hubli, he did his post graduation in MS Orthopedics at the Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical college, Mumbai (Sion hospital). He then served a bond for year to the government of Maharashtra in King Edward Memorial college, Mumbai (KEM Hospital) and also acquired DNB degree in orthopedics the same year.

Being drawn towards minimally invasive (arthroscopic) surgery, he trained in Sports injuries and arthroscopic surgery for joints, through an FNB program (a medical council of India recognized degree from the  DNB board). His fascination for the shoulder joint led him to complete further training in shoulder surgery at the Clinic of the Union, General Ramsay Health, Toulouse, France.
